Simple multiple-round personality interviews were the basis of the process. The last interview was a super day in Houston where i was flown in from out of state and offered housing
ive had a 15 min Phone interview with HR then a 45 min interview with a director. Waiting to hear about a super day. Overall it was a pretty standard interview.

Il processo è stato in 3 step se ricordo bene. C'è qualche domanda tecnica ma nulla di estremamente complesso se uno ha fatto corsi universitari ed ha seguito con attenzione corsi di real estate finance. I recruiter sono stati molto cortesi e professionali. Ho rifiutato la offer perchè non ero interessato più a Milano ma mi è sembrata una buona realtà
