Expert Recruiter, Suzi, was extremely thorough with her questions to make sure that she did not waste time on potential candidates and clients. She was extremely transparent through the whole process and coached candidates so that they can be better prepared. She was incredibly kind and you can tell she had the passion for what she does. Suzi was extremely knowledgeable about her client's background and their personality.

Interview
Very personal - we met for coffee and just chatted about my experience and the position requirements. It felt very comfortable and relaxed. I felt very informed after our conversation and was excited about the opportunity. I had a background in ad agency account management, so this was my first time interviewing for a position in recruiting. I felt my background was a good match and set me up for success.
