One of the staff , "Tiffany Dalterio", came across my profile on linkedin. She called the main switchboard of my workplace and asked for me. She said she has a HR Generalist position and she thinks because of my experience at Employee relations I seem to be a good candidate for the position. I had to step out of my office and call her on my cellphone and we spoke for 30 min. She sent me the job description and and the "mission and vision" of the company and said will call me on Monday to see what I think! She send me an email on 12/21/2015 to reschedule the call on Monday and wrote she'll call me on Wednesday instead. She never called and I sent her 3 emails to follow up but she never replied. I believe what she did was very unprofessional. I wonder if the position was filled and she simply didn't care to reply or the initial email was just a cold call to reach her target for the day!?
