Initial interview let me know there would be 4-5 proceeding rounds following the initial screening including a take home assessment and an in-person panel interview but that the company was looking to make a decision within the next 2 weeks, which made it seem like I was only brought into the process at this late of a stage to make an opposing offer against someone already much further down the funnel.
