Had phone interview with hiring manager, next week I met with the AVP, another conversation with the hiring manager and then finished with HR. I left each interaction feeling good about how I was treated and the type of people that work at HireRight. Annette Parker in HR was incredibly helpful through everything.

Interview process was more like a conversation vs STAR. I was able to explain my history without “tell me about a time”.
