Panel interview with 3 members of staff of varying seniority. All pleasant and engaged. Mixture of generic and role-specific questioned Was disappointed in answers re. whether they would help with developing experience/career progression from a junior role.

The application process for the role was a straightforward cover letter and CV, followed by a panel interview. The panel consisted of two internal interviewers and one external. There was a mix of competency and behavioural questions. It was focused but enjoyable.
