Horrendous experience with an interview. - I was asked a bunch of okay questions as well as hard ones for an hour. - Any of my questions were not answered properly. I tried to ask about the team. company culture. KPIs, etc. All I managed to find out is that KPis "depend", the team is "big", and that's it. I was also sent to HR to ask all that. And I don't even know which one because, again, they didn't care to explain. A recruiter who initially contacted me has been ghosting me for several weeks now. - I had a feeling that they were not interested in me as a future CM, and such a huge famous company doesn't have any skill in conducting interviews. What a shame.
