Interview
Submit application, reviewed, called for an interview, come back to the store, go into the manager's office and answer maybe a dozen questions. There's also a short math test given.

Asked me questions like what were my strengths and weaknesses. Then took a math test with a calculator provided (this is to be a cashier). After you become a cashier you can work your way up to CSM which is a full time job
