The role seemed very competitive and required multiple applications before being offered an interview. I have several years of retail experience, a background in art, and experience running craft workshops, so I was excited about the opportunity. The interview itself felt positive, but unfortunately I didn’t receive any follow-up or feedback after requesting it. I understand teams are busy, but clearer communication with candidates would really improve the experience.
