Very limited interview, as long as you have a car and license and are able to lift over 30lbs you will be hired pending a cori check (this job involves going into schools) and going through a few days of job training.

Interview
It was a group setting held in their Amesbury office. Interviewer explained job, hours, salary, potential for advancement, etc. There were questions by other interviewees that were answered by the interviewer and we were all told that we were hired to start. Training was explained and there was a follow up training session in their offices.
