I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hogarth Worldwide in Jul 2025
Interview
The positions is always reposted. I was curious so I applied. I can confidently tell everyone that they are not interviewing to hire. They are a complete waste of time. They are interviewing to most likely fill quotas and to put you on a contingency list for "projects" where they need to check with "client/head" for approval before hiring. They will ultimately ghost you without a generic message that they went with someone else/found someone more fitting. They also make you fill an extremely vague NDA. One phone screening, one interview with project manager, second interview with panel of different types of supervisors, third interview with team. It doesn't matter if they are friendly when they don't have substance and condones horrible practices of stringing people along when they ultimately are not hiring.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hogarth Worldwide (Sunnyvale, CA) in Jun 2025
Interview
The interview process is divided into three stages: a preliminary screening, a software assessment, and a concluding behavioral interview.I’ve made it to the final panel interview. Overall the interview was friendly and professional. BUT! There’s only one thing I can’t stand. They tend to silently eliminate candidates who’ve made it to the panel interview. I followed up twice over the 14 business days after the interview, but both messages were ignored.

Interview
- Process was all very smooth. There was an HR screening call and then two panel interviews. Everyone was very kind. I just didn't prepare enough. Prepare your experience with project management and file management.
