I got hired right after the interview. I was shown the store and what I would be doing . It was very relaxed. I was just added if I had experience . The manager walked me around the store and I filled out the papers afterwards .

Interview
Very Brief, little to no questions, they already determined if I had the job before the interview started. They do no sort of drug screening or background check, this actually led to a registered sex offender working on the premises near children and had led to incidents of drug use in the store and on store property.

Interview
It is more like a conversation. If you simply put in an application you will not get a call back: you need to go in and talk with a manager. If there is a spot open and you seem competant you have a good chance at being hired. But since it is such a popular summer job, spots fill up quickly.
