Interviewed by 5+ people for a mindless job. They scare you into believing the job is more difficult than it really is. Ask about training-- they will make you think you will be sufficiently trained, but there is actually no formal training process.

Easy going, friendly. Only took about a half hour and was given an offer later that day. Was interviewed by two people. General questions about your experience, how you work with others, and your client service background/communication skills. They definitely do their best to make you feel comfortable and relaxed.
