Interview
After 5 interviews (2 were with previous managers I already met with) they wanted me to meet with 2 other groups of people. At that point I wasn't sure if they were stringing me along waiting on a better candidate or what the deal was because there was always 7-10 days between interviews.

Mainly asked about systems I worked in and management style. Same questions even the 2nd time I met with the same person. Started to feel like they forgot they interviewed me already.
