I applied via Glassdoor and was contacted about a week after I applied for a quick phone interview. I moved toward an in person interview, and after my background check went through, I was offered a job.

Interview
The interview process was phenomenal. They asked me questions that got into the meat of who I am as a case manager but also an individual. It was a long interview and I felt like I was heard and had a great chance to showcase my talents and strengths. I had a lot of fun and I felt like I got to know my interviewer and the agency as well. It was a great fit in the interview and it's a great fit now!
