My experience with Homes was an impressively quick, in-depth interview process. Over the course of 10 days, I went from the initial recruiter screening, phone interview with hiring manager, in-person with hiring manager and team member, in-person with Director, and receiving all necessary on-boarding documents ready for signature. Everyone I met with was knowledgeable, helpful, and as prompt as you could expect. While very few of the interview questions could be considered simple, I appreciated that all three team members I met with wanted to know exactly who it was they were hiring and what I was capable of contributing. I also greatly appreciated being able to complete the process so quickly. The efficiency was especially impressive considering we were so close to the holiday season. Organization and lack of confusion during this phase is incredibly reassuring.
