Interview
Interviewing at this company only took a couple of days. During the initial interview, whether it be over the phone or a virtual interview, they'll just cover the basics of the position, your skill set, and your goals. The second interview is very thorough and you'll get a very good idea of the position and the company's goals.

Interview
This is a door to door sales job selling AT&T uverse. Starting with that so that maybe someone sees this before they waste their time with an interview like I did. Horizon does a better job than most similar companies in dressing themselves up and making it seem like this is more than just a commission only job going door to door.
It wasn't until after my first interview that I felt suspicious. Everyone is very nice. But also weirdly complimentary. Saying things like "Oh, I can just tell that you must love helping people!!" (I do, but you've known me for all of two minutes). The first interview was less than 10 minutes, and I was subtly rushed after the office before I could ask any questions. Also, it was a pretty empty office compared to all the pictures of staff they post on social media.
During my second interview a young guy interviews me. Asks me a bunch of random questions that seem a little pointless. Whatever. Then he breaks down the job. He tries to sell me on direct marketing, says everyone starts at entry level and has the opportunity to make 100k a year in just a short time there. Says you don't get salary until you move up to assistant manager. I ask how many new employees usually make it up that far, and he doesn't really give me an answer. Says it's just up to the individual and their work ethic. He tries to sell me on their weekly nights out, possible business trips, etc etc. He also says they like recent grads because we're "clean slates." Sounds like a whole lot of scammery to me.
I can't lie, I was deceived by their amazing reviews on Glassdoor. But this is a door to door sales job on commission only. They want young, naive recent grads to work 9+ hour days 6 days a week for less than minimum wage. Even if you're desperate for a job, don't waste your time applying here. I promise you can make just as much money and feel less mentally drained stocking shelves at a grocery store. It's not worth it.

Interview
First interview is really brief and is really just to get a feel of your personality. The second interview in much more in depth and personal. Some tough questions but not anything different from any other corporate interview.
