I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Horizons (South Windham, CT) in May 2016
Interview
It was an easy, short interview. They will take practically anyone, regardless of whther they fit the job. In retrospect, it' obvious that they don't have many standards. Considering how poor the compensation is, that's not much surprise.
