The first step was a screening call with an architect. Just general previous experience questions. The second step was a technical task to write a simple spring boot application with a rest controller, in-memory database, CRUD operations, and simple business scenarios. My solution met all the requirements, code was clean. In addition, I made some extra features. However, I was declined, and I still don't know why. 🤷♂️
