Phone screen with HR. This was followed with calls with hiring manager. They said there would be a writing test after, but they ghosted after several follow up emails. This was unprofessional and rude but I guess to expected when you look at their actual GlassDoor reviews.

Interview
Casual - met with two managers who asked about my background and spoke candidly about the company. They were very proud of the business and the opportunities it provided to staff.
