A panel of 6 interviewers of different department, interview was quite straight to the point. Asked a few questions such as previous experience, whether apply flats before at HDB, customer service of the officer etc.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Housing & Development Board (Singapore) in May 2016
Interview
Applied on 21st April, got called for interview and 1 hour written test (2 questions choose 1) on 10th May. No reply on outcome of interview, even when I emailed the HR. I think HR can improve, it is basic courtesy to not let the applicant wait indefinitely. Even if it is a rejection, a reply would be greatly appreciated. This part was a negative experience.
