First round was doing a video interview. Second round I did an interview with four different departments and then HR. Honestly, it was the biggest waste of time. I spent over 2.5 hours interviewing with 4 different departments and HR. I never even talked with my hiring manager, but wasted my time talking with other people and not hearing anything relevant about the role. I then got ghosted after the interviews and didn't hear anything back for two months before getting the basic "we picked other candidates" email.
They really need to change their interview process. It is great that you talk with different departments, but it is a waste to my time and their time talking to them first. Talking with HR and the hiring manager would have been sooo much more helpful than talking with random people. Some of the interviews you could tell they wanted to be there, while some didn't even turn on their camera! Plus, spending 2.5 hours only to get ghosted and get a basic email was just heartless and rude after the time put into this.
