Interview
HR called me by seeing my resume in Monster.com. First interview was with my future supervisor. She advised me i'd start out at $13.50 per hour. Showed me around. Was pleasant. Then next interview was with HR. The start pay was down 50c per what supervisor advised me. but that's ok. Was a strange interview. Not your typical questions. I had gotten the opinion that they'd hire just anyone, as if desperate. After working there I realized my opinion of hiring just anyone was correct. They hired many fly by nights that didn't care about their job, nor the clients and how they talked to the clients on the phones. Can't blame them, the supervisor had an "I don't care attitude" towards clients needs as well
