I applied online and found the screening process to be very efficient and quick. However, my first interview with the hiring manager was not quite what I had anticipated. During the video call, there was little eye contact, and the discussion about the role felt limited. I understand that managers can be busy with day-to-day priorities, but a bit more engagement would have been appreciated. This would help leave candidates with a more positive impression of both the role and the company.
