I applied through a third party staffing agency as Huawei does not hires directly in India. The overall experience was horrible because the Hr was like you should apply for some other role instead of this one. Though I performed extremely well in all the rounds including the technical rounds. The process took 2 months and after the end of two months I was back to square one because the hr did not consider me for the position I was applying for and instead I had to apply for a different role. Basically I cleared 3 rounds of interview and spent 2 months for nothing. I agreed for the new interview process for a different role and in the first interview the guy did not ask me anything technical and instead it was a project discussion. He was very happy with my technical projects and then said there will be one more round for coding. But then they ghosted me. No communications whatsoever!

Question 1
Some Java interview questions like constructors, garbage collection in java and some basic error handlings in Java. SQL queries were also part of the interview.

There was a phone call with HR and then an online technical interview. These were multiple choice questions and 2 algorithm java coding questions. Later, I was contacted by phone and told that there would be another technical interview with the technical team.

It was funny that different HR have called me 3 times and just asked a few very simple questions . Then no answer every single time.
Maybe HR calling for you just for finishing their KPI but not for real interview .
