Interview
Had an initial recruiter screening and made it to a panel interview with two other supervisors. Took almost a month to receive any further information after the interview, in spite of a few followup messages to the talent team. Finally received a canned message saying they were not moving forward.

Interview
HR Screen, followed by on-site round robin interviews.
Got on-site early to a locked door, had to email HR to ping someone to let me in the building. Instructions were not well followed by internal staff. Several rounds of interviews went delightfully well. Got to hiring manager and wasn't given the time of day and rushed out the door because it was the end of the day. Bad experience, probably dodged a bullet.
I had a first round phone screening, which was about 20-30 minutes. It went well and the recruiter scheduled a second interview, but then never confirmed or received a meeting link, and ghosted me. I followed up and never received a response. Very disappointing to be given a date and time and be totally blown off. I get that things fall through sometimes but I found this very unprofessional especially since I was promised another interview on a specific date. A little communication goes a long way even if it's a rejection email.
