I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Hudson Valley Holding (Yonkers, NY) in Jul 2011
Interview
The interviews are very easy. I went to the headquarters and was given a few pages of basic math questions. The HR rep who interviewed me didn't ask very many questions. Only very basic questions about previous employment and why I chose this company. The next step was to meet with the Branch Manager that I was going to be assigned to. Same small line of questioning and the manager basically just talked the entire time and didn't ask many questions at all. They are desperate for employees so you have a few places to choose from.

Question 1
They only question i was asked over and over was why I took a small break in between my previous job and interviewing for the company. Other than that there really weren't many questions at all
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Hudson Valley Holding (Yonkers, NY) in Feb 2012
Interview
Had 2 interviews within less than 5 days. Received offer following Monday. Process included lengthy Q & A technical interview. There were apparent red flags that I noticed during the interview phase and were only a microcosm of what actually working there was going to be like.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hudson Valley Holding in Jun 2010
Interview
Very simple process. Went in, talked to someone at human resources, then talked to the manager for the summer teller program. Took a rather easy math test, pretty basic stuff, but pretty short time period to do it in. Then got the offer and accepted drug test and background check followed.
