Very well put together and thorough. Everything that was spoken about felt relative to the job and there was a positive attitude. I was under the understanding that I was a top candidate for the position but didn’t even receive a phone call or email telling me I didn’t. Bad communication towards the end.

Interview
I had a very easy interview as the head of engineering very much wanted me to work there. The choice was mine. The company has a very hard time getting and retaining technical staff. The town is post-industrial and poor. The management is very hands on from the owner.
