Humach Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

Got a call around 3pm with the offer of an on the spot phone interview. Went over the basics, nothing too complicated. I wasn't at home, so I was sent an email to run a system test for a work from home position and given the time to get home. Once the system test was done, I was asked a few more questions and given a more in depth description of the position.

the process was professional, yet personal. the manager that interviewed me was really understanding and open. made me feel relaxed and comfortable. after interview i did a sit behind to listen to some calls to see if it would be something i was interested in. the girl i sat with was friendly and helpful.
