I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Humboldt Area Foundation (Arcata, CA) in Mar 2020
Interview
I went through three rounds of panel interviews for this position. The interviewers were very kind, friendly, organized and professional. The questions were quite challenging, but they do give you 30 minutes to prepare answers before the interview. I also was given two homework assignments to complete. My only complaint is that, after three interviews and waiting months between submitting my first application and getting that third interview– they forgot to notify me that someone else got the job. Luckily I emailed a second follow up email to check on the status of their decision. It was a big disappointment to be forgotten and putting so much time and energy into applying, but I understand times are more challenging due to covid. Anyhow, the people I dealt with were very kind.
