A brief phone conversation in addition to an informal sit-down chat with 3 managers from my department. The interview process was very relaxed and it was more about me than them.

Why I wanted to work there, past experience and projects, what was I interested in doing over the summer. It was more conversational and less "tell me about a time when"

Interview
The interview process consisted of 2 rounds- one call with HR mostly behavioral questions, then I got an email around 2 weeks later asking for a follow-up interview with 3 employees at the same time- those questions were more interested in why I wanted the job, what I did outside of school, why I'm qualified for the position, etc. I'd recommend you research the company and be prepared to answer any questions they may throw at you. I got a call 1-2 weeks later from the same HR person I was offered the position.
