The HAK team members are very personable and genuine. The interview process is straight forward and they were quick to schedule follow-ups. I get the feeling, however, that they do not understand senior associates at busy firms may have last-minute schedule changes as closing client calls arise. Refusing to take these calls causes suspicion at an associate's current firm.

Met with 5 attorneys, three of them were partners. It was about a two hour process, met with each attorney in their office. The associates were more casual than the partners, and always allowed room for us to ask them questions.
