Interviewed with four people, this process went very smoothly. After three weeks of training I was terminated because I couldn't pass a 6 hour assessment and wasn't offered a retake. I was terminated quick!

Are you okay with being second shift for at least two years?
First a phone screen, then a Layed-back video interview with management. Overall very easy questions. If you get the interview you're probably qualified for the job. The interview more to see if you're a good fit for the team.

Took 3 weeks in all. It moved along rather quickly. Standard questions. I spent some time on their sites reviewing who they were, what they did, and trying to see how the product worked.
