I learned of the position through a campus career fair, and talked to a recruiter there. They seemed to like me enough to schedule an on campus interview the next day and after that they said they'd like to do an interview in West Lake, and that they would contact me to finalize it. The on-site interview included a short technical exam, and HR interview, and a technical interview with two developers. After that it took about 2 weeks for them to call back and tell me they would like to move forward and do a background check before an offer.
