I was refered by a friend.
1. Basic call for screening
2. Hackerrank test consisting of two javascript coding questions and one angular coding question, and a few MCQ
3. Online technical interview on Angular, Javascript, System design
The worst thing was that they rejected me by saying I wasn’t shortlisted for the next HR round.
But later on I got to know from my friend who refered, that they had hired for the role internally already before my interview. So my interview was a formality.
My interview went well and I should have been selected, so this is extremely wrong hiring practice from Hyland’s end.
