Full day of interviews with every department head, about an hr each, leading up to sit down with CEO. Very thorough process, allowing for a great overview of the company workings, as you can ask a multitude of questions

Interview
It was an ok process. The initial interview seemed rushed and seems as though it was time to get off to call another candidate. When hiring for a technical position it is hard to understand why the correct people are not involved in phone screenings.
