Introduce your partner, what’s their name why they want to work at hype
group interview and then 1:1 it was quite easy just show passion for not only Hype but all of accent groups other brands like sketchers, platypus, style runner, dr martens
Brief group activities before 1 on 1. About 30 people in the group, and then they selected 10 people for a 1-on-1 via email. Wasn't too long at all, and the whole process lasted about 2 weeks.
