HR said the entire interview would take about 30-60 mins. I did a 30mins listening test coz she spoke really fast. It felt like she repeated the same thing 100 times.
After waiting for 30 minutes, HR asked me to leave, saying they might arrange a Zoom interview later. Then, she called me back a minute later, saying the manager would be there in 15mins. I agreed and ended up waiting for the manager for 1 hr and 15 mins.
The meeting with the manager only lasted 15 minutes, and she had already started demonstrating how she "lectures" others.
How can anyone work with this kind of time management?
