The interview process was extremely relaxed and inviting. The owner conducted the interview process and was clear on the type of person he was looking for to better the driving school experience for the community. He seemed to value my thoughts and wanted my ideas throughout the interview process. He followed up as he said he would and I was more than satisfied.
