Process started with a phone screening. This was to gauge the suitability for the role without getting into specifics of responsibilities (i.e. how you felt about the field you're in, goals for the future, remote modality of the role), the second (and, I assume final) phase was a remote interview with 2 team members and the recruiter that conducted the initial screening. In this phase, team members went more in depth about the candidate's background and asked situational questions that related to the job they needed to be filled.
After this, if you don't get the role, they completely ghost you. No one will respond to your emails and there isn't an ATS system that you can log into to check if your application is still active. Hopefully the coordinator they actually hired can set up an automation. It is a bad practice to leave people guessing especially in this climate.
