Interview
Very comfortable interview. The meeting was held via Teams and last about 1 hour. It was a very comfortable conversation with 2 interviewers. The conversation was casual talking about experience in all aspects of design including; knowledge of codes, Revit, the design process from SD-CA, and design meetings with clients

Interview
Initial 30 minute phone call with managing principle, then a 45 min in person meeting with them and the technical director and a tour of the office. Initial call was to get general background, in person interview was to get technical and design experience.
