Interview
First was a preliminary phone interview.
Then a 2 person interview process at the facility, tour of facility and then general questions by the 2 managers for the repair facility. Typical interview questions about experience, background, personality, adversities, how to handle conflict. It was a nervous yet relaxed atmosphere.
