Processo normal de entrevistas sem muita coisa a declarar. Durante a conversa inicial parece ser uma empresa mais organizada e robusta do que realmente é, passando uma imagem de empresa de grande porte e estruturada.

Interview
Sat down with Jack Wheeler and gave him a history of Top Contractors I worked for. Then went over all the positions I worked at and different designs I had built. The people i worked with and crews I lead.We talked about his past and building in the area. I did not know he had been recognized for exceptional perfomance on two different projects. I was 20 yrs older than him . it was nice to meet such a honest contractor and good person.

Question 1
When it came time to finish the house outichose some finish carpenters and Jack chose the rest. after two weeks he aske who was holding their own and who should be let go. I thought hard on each person. Each had a different story or family problem.
Jack said it was time to chose and left. I chose and went on to finish the house. I always wondered if I did the wright chosing of men.
