They brought me back three times for interviews. On the third time I finally met the current sassy male agent's assistant who had 5 minutes of small talk with me and the HR person I had been dealing with, looked me up and down, and then never heard back from them. I did not get a good feel after I left a third time, I just felt like they were judging my outfit or shoes, or whatever. And just so you know I had a classic Diane Von Furstenberg black wrap dress with killer black pumps so I wasn't dressed like a hobo.
Referral from an outside employee. Generic questions: tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here, do you know some clients we rep?
I had a call with HR and then directly with the agent.
Interview is mostly questions a about yourself and your education. They don’t ask too much about your experience and knowledge of the industry but focus more about if you want to pursue a career at the agency.
I applied online. I interviewed at ICM Partners in Aug 2021
Interview
HR reached out to schedule an interview, and I interviewed directly with who I would be assisting. Offered the position a few days later.
It was a basic "explain your resume/background" type opening and then from there it went into a conversation about the position and the kind of work it entails. No difficult questions, was more of seeing if our personalities meshed and if I was able to explain well of how my background matched the needs of this position.
