ICS Consultancy interview questions

Three Rounds of Interview 1). Aptitude Test+ Formal Letter Writing 2). Face to Face Interview Questions were asked on HR basics and fundamentals, recruitment strategies, onboarding strategies, employee engagement. Presence of Laptop was a must for the interview process.

The interview process started off with introduction and slowly swifted to the various skills i had on my resume. Then the questions where more focused on why did you for this internship, how is it relevant to you.
