I received a link to schedule a phone interview via email. I scheduled this interview for a Friday at 10 a.m. however, when the time came, I didn't receive a call. I emailed the recruiter and she told me she was at an appointment and would need to reschedule for either 1 p.m. the same day or the following Monday morning. I replied to the email saying I was available at 1 p.m. but AGAIN when the time came, I didn't receive a call. I reached out once more and said thank you for the opportunity. I wouldn't want to work for a company where the recruiters are this unorganized, what does this say about their management?
