I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at IDC (International Data Corporation) (Framingham, MA)
Interview
Team members and hiring management are kind and very professional. Interviews were comfortable conversations. However, the actual hiring process and communication was unnecessarily cumbersome and lacking transparency. Process began with four 30 minute phone calls. First phone screen with HR, then phone screen with hiring manager, then 2 phone calls with 2 other team members. Progressed to 3.5 hour in person interview with 4 team members, follow by HR again who said she would send employment forms and that I need to get references lined up ... radio silence for 2 weeks, a note received that I'm still a candidate, then 2-3 weeks later I stopped waiting.
I applied online. I interviewed at IDC (International Data Corporation) in Nov 2022

Interview
HR phone screen. Onsite, 3 people. Then asked to prepare presentation with slides. Did this for 6-8 people! All good. Then called back to meet w/2 more, told I got the job. Then they went dark. Found out HR person had been laid off and the job itself had been "deferred", but I had to call to find this out, no one told me.
