I applied online. I interviewed at IDCUBE Identification System (Bengaluru)
Interview
Interview Position: Embedded/PCB Design Engineer (or whatever role)
Interview Experience: Neutral
I attended an interview for the [Job Role] position. The interview process itself was smooth and the discussion was professional. The interviewer asked relevant technical questions related to the role.
After the interview, I followed up with HR regarding feedback. I was informed that an update would be shared by EOD, but I did not receive any further communication.
It would be helpful if candidates are informed about the final status, even in case of rejection, to maintain transparency in the hiring process.
Pros: Technical discussion was relevant
Cons: Lack of post-interview communication

Interview
The interview process consists of three distinct rounds. The first round tests aptitude and reasoning skills. The second is a machine coding test to evaluate programming ability. The final round is a technical interview with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), focusing on in-depth technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and real-world project experience. This comprehensive process helps assess both analytical and technical capabilities effectively.
