Technical interview followed by HR interview technical interview focused on SQL(joins, window functions, etc), python, eda, resume based questions HR round was short introduction and aptitude based questions were asked

Very informal interview process. Got like 3 screening calls, and then finally a technical interview which they said would be the only one before another call to decide on the salary and everything. The technical interview went really well where I answered all the Python and SQL questions pretty easily. But then I didn't hear back for well over a month even though I was told that I would get a response within a week. No one replied to my questions and then one person finally told me that they froze hiring for the position. But a week after that I got a mail from HR saying they are not proceeding with my application. So it was not transparent at all, the communication was very poor.
