1 HR, 2 Technical - then the offer discussion.
They were asking me to resign before handing me the offer letter by just giving confirmation on the email. Which is I think was too risky for me. I really liked technical guys & knowledge and was eagerly waiting to work with them. But then HR made trust issues for the company, by not providing an offer letter and not even considering the situation

Interview
- Call from HR and questioned about basic profile. It took nearly half an hour.
- One-to-one with my leader and manager, General FAQs regarding technologies and explaining the code written by them. They gave me around 30 mins to check what they did and understand the code. Then I have to explain them what I understood by the code. Further, I have been asked regarding how to optimise the code and process.
- HR and Senior manager round where most senior manager level persons sit and ask few technical things and personal stuff.
